Its not clear from the original post if they have Broadband or were pay for Mail Plus and being transferred to Everymail.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or have you been able to trace their account without the customer seemingly completing their profile &lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/856521"&gt;@siphosethu-TT&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;There has been an issue about this going on since the summer, so did you receive a notification (in error) to set up the subscription?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Wait to hear back from staff before unsubscribing.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The normal thing over recent months has been for staff to officially complete a webform for individuals affected, in order to relink legacy email addresses to current broadband services.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However customers had to alert staff.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
