How do you download all your emails. I have approximately 3800 emails in my directories.

TalkTalk Webmail doesn’t currently offer an option to download all your emails in one go. However, you can still save emails individually from Webmail if needed. Here’s how:

To download an individual email in Webmail

Open the email you want to save.
Click the More or ⋮ (three‑dot) menu.
Select Download (.eml).
- This will save the email to your device in .eml format.

You can repeat this for any emails you specifically want to keep.

If you want to download all 3800 emails

To download all your emails at once, the only available method is to:

Add your TalkTalk email account to an email app/program such as Outlook, Windows Mail, Apple Mail, or Thunderbird.
The program will then download all your folders and all emails automatically.
