Imap password

Need to change password as emails won’t send or receive. Asks me to enter correct password. What do I need to do.

Am using Webmail at the moment. but the problem I have is that my usual Mail app will not work.

My email ends with

@Mazza21 please be advised that if you are using webmail and your emails are working fine then this is considered as a third part fault. We are unable to assist with mail clients' faults.

Please note that as you are using a third-party app we can't support with that, however if you are using webmail and encounter the same issue, rest assured we will have it looked into for you.
