      <description>&lt;P&gt;I assume you are using Outlook still?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is this happening in webmail?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not then this can sometimes be solved by deleting your account from Outlook or Thunderbird or other 3rd party program, and closing the application, then reopening and adding the account again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work, then you will need to phone or chat for support as there are no support staff here any longer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However, I doubt they can help if it's not a webmail issue and you may have to seek advice on a forum dedicated to your email client.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
