Problem transferring tiscali mail address to everymail

I have been a TalkTalk customer for many year but have just had to cancel my TalkTalk broadband. I want to keep my tiscali email address, but when I try to sign up with EveryMail I get the message that my email address is not in their system. They told me to ask TalkTalk for a link to subscribe but I cannot get hold of TalkTalk to get the link.

Please can anyone help?

You don't have to move your email address immediately you cancel your broadband.

There is a grace period after your broadband ceases before you receive the email inviting you to subscribe to Everymail. You can't subscribe before you receive your email

There is no detail as to how long the grace period is so monitor your email for your invitation and also dcheck your junk folder in case it goes there.

The grace period does give you a chance to sign up for Gmail or Hotmail, which are free alternatives, and begin transferring to these, should you wish.
