I've just had an email from TalkTalk saying that as I am "......no longer a TalkTalk customer...." my email service will have to be paid for. Some sort of 'migration' of my existing service.

Problem is I am very much still a TalkTalk customer, my BB costs have just been put up by TalkTalk and I've had emails about this very recently.

So what is going on? I am a loyal TalkTalk customer, I am paying TalkTalk every month as usual by DD so why am getting this vexatious communication from them saying I'm not a customer.

This upsetting email has been sent in error and the matter needs sorting out quickly.

I see others here have suffered the same problem too. So it is imperative TalkTalk sort this out. It is their fault; a database issue of some sort with likely AI involved.

How can they not know who their actual customers are? It is bizarre.
