      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having just had a 72 day problem with a fault on my phone line which has only recently been fixed (and I am still waiting for news on compensation), TalkTalk sent me an email this morning, stating that I am no longer a broadband customer, and that you will close our email account on the 7th July.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please tell me why I was sent this message and, if we are not now being booted off the service, what we can do to stay on.&amp;nbsp; We have not requested this. Many thanks!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It may be a scam.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are still using their service today, it's not yet stopped, and usually you have a grace period&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;well before the email for you to sign up with Everymail to continue email services is sent.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Definitely check the sender details.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Also verify by phoning 03451 720088 or use Chat directly to confirm your current service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Having spent a lot of time communicating with TalkTalk over several months last year, in order to retain free access to my TalkTalk email accounts as a TalkTalk customer,&amp;nbsp; I am not happy to receive this latest email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have raised a complaint with TalkTalk.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I also received the same email this morning 9th April ... My agreemment with TT is for 5 or 6 email address's on the account. I set up a second one for myself about 5 months ago due to my emails going into other receivers spam mail, so I thought I would set up an alternative to stop my emails going into spam.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a mistake by TT,&amp;nbsp; Changing the contract agreement without notifiction at renewal time?&amp;nbsp; Not knowing what the left hand is doing with the right.&amp;nbsp; Trying to drop emil support as with new joiners to TT.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We wait for email to my wife to see if she gets a request to pay for a TT email address.. on our account. To add insult to injury, having spent 72 days trying to resolve a simple issue with one TalkTalk and three Openreach engineers coming to the house, they have charged me £75 call out charge for the last engineer's visit, who is actually the guy who fixed the problem! No sign of the compensation they owe me, but they are quick to charge me for something I don't owe them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am not sure if this is also to do with the onetel email address, so I will still try to get more clarity on this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They say lots of people are contacting them, and it doesn't seem to apply to me, but they are still raising it to be investigated in my case. It therefore makes sense for all of you who have received this email to contact them, I reckon. And I for one intend still to back up all my important emails somewhere else, just in case...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the update and following what is taking place... concerned as they seem to want to drop supplying email address's. They stopped it for new customers some years ago and I spent nearly 2 days trying to find out the problem and nobody could tell me that a new customer didn't have a TT email or allowance... after 2 days the new customer told TT no more and went to an Engish speaking supplier having to pay the penalty charged by TT...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I started with TT when they were F2S which became TT they then cut the F2S emials unless you paid, but I had my TT for my wife and myself.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I renewed via the phone and no mention of cutting emails out so I hope this is a mistake in their way of saving money and not looking at their contracted obligations with their customers of long term 20+ years in my case.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope your case gets resolved..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
