      <title>Unable to send email</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I get an error message when trying to send an email to any of my contacts. The error message is either 'reject for policy reason' or 'need RCPT command'. I use Thunderbird but they also won't send from TalkTalk webmail. I have tried from my PC and from my phone with the same result. How can I resolve this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
