I have received the following email and would like confirmation that it is a scam as I don't want my email address shut down.

Bin it after reporting it as a phishing scam:

@Albert24, you'll probably find that the scammers try this on at least once a month.

If you hover over the sender's name, you'll find that it's a spoofed or harvested Talktalk address - and somehow somebody has a list of genuine Talktalk addresses to send these to. Given how rarely I have ever used mine, it's extraordinary that they are turning up in the inbox (should be being detected as Spam).

Just keep reporting and deleting.

Never post any of your personal information and do not post the live message ever in the thread, in case someone unsuspecting clicks on the link. A screenshot with no personal information is fine to post as it's only an image.
