called docx.docx cannot open in word did in wordpad and clicked on link to open in pdf REMOVED LINK FOR SECURITY but no words at all.

If you are an Everymail customer now you should be contacting them and not TalkTalk.

However there are a large number of scam emails being sent and you should not click on any attachments if you feel this may be one.

Hover over the sender's name and check the email address it's been sent from. If it does not include TalkTalk or Everymail it's a scam, so delete the mail and run a virus and malware check on the device you tried to open the attachment to ensure your device is protected.

You should never post suspicious links to an open forum. This link does look like spam.

Something to be aware of is that, although the link you were given was an https address that doesn't guarantee that the site it takes you to is safe at all.

For that reason it is important to only post screenshots, never a live link when sharing such information in the community.
