I am trying to subscribe to everymail but the system will nor accept my card details and keeps returning to the same screen asking for my details. Furthermore the 'chat assistant' (sic) is not working either

@wales11, have you received a link in an email from Talktalk, after leaving?

That's the only situation in which you should be trying to subscribe, and you absolutely must use the link.

I’m trying to subscribe too from the link and I’m having the same problems and it’s now May 21st
