Hi @Joffs are you currently a TT customer, and have you had a communication from TT to sign up with Everymail? Without the link in that communication sign up will not be possible.

This forum is now peer to peer and TT staff are no longer available to help.

As @Divsec has said, you can't sign up without an email link and if you are still a broadband customer you need to take immediate action to link your email to your broadband.
