There are many scams going around about Everymail at the moment trying to catch people out given the transfer of some ex-customers to Everymail.

The best way to check is to hover over the sender's name to see the true email it has been sent from and it probably won't be TalkTalk or Everymail.

In which case delete it.

Please see here for more details regarding Everymail transfers and the action you need to take depending on your circumstances if it proves yo be genuine, which I doubt.
https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Email/Everymail-transition/td-p/3148465
Thank you
