topic Everymail in Email

Previous customer. I got an email from TalkTalk in April saying about moving to Everymail. They said they'd send another email in the coming weeks, with a sign-up link, which hasn't materialised. I need to subscribe to Everymail, but no link or anything else has been sent. The agent I was on live chat with said to directly contact Everymail, so I sent them an email. I'm aware this is time sensitive but seem to be going round in circles.

When I clicked the link to subscribe to Everymail, it took me to TalkTalk. So I have no idea what's happening and I can't lose my tiscali email as that's my main one linked to lots of things.

Please help!

Did you try the Everymail Support link from this page, @VintageGrrrl1?

https://help-centre.talktalk.co.uk/Email/Find_info_or_guidance_about_my_Email/Email_Transition_FAQs

Talktalk was in quite a muddle in April, so it's difficult to know if the email you received was suitable for your situation - certainly a link is sent by Talktalk if you have recently left.

Have you signed into your webmail and seen a red banner notice, rather than just looking out for an email about it? That may show you the correct subscription link.
