&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#008000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Latest update 14:30, 28th September:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Access has been restored, however some delays may be experienced whilst the backlog clears from the servers, once again we apologise for any inconvenience caused.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
