Impacted customers were seeing&amp;nbsp;an error message `&lt;STRONG&gt;Connection time out. Please try reloading the page.&lt;/STRONG&gt;`&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Our engineers confirmed they have completed work to resolve this issue. We will continue to monitor our webmail service to ensure no further customers experience this issue. If you're still having problems logging in, please try to clear your browser cache, restart your web browser and try again. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
