    <description>&lt;P&gt;We're aware that customers connected to the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Waterloo&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;exchange&amp;nbsp;are currently experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband &amp;amp; TV service due to a cable break during planned maintenance.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We are currently working with Openreach to resolve the issue. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#008000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Latest Update 06:50am 03rd March - Our engineers have confirmed that service has been restored.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
