    <description>&lt;P&gt;We're aware that some customers are struggling to access websites and web applications such as facebook, spotify, snapchap, etsy etc. It appears this issue is due to a hosting issue with &lt;A href="https://status.cloud.google.com/incidents/6PM5mNd43NbMqjCZ5REh" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Google Cloud Networking&lt;/A&gt; who provide web services to these and other providers and is not an issue with the TalkTalk network.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Because this is not a TalkTalk issue there is no need to contact us. Google are advising customers that their engineers are continuing to investigate the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
