    <description>&lt;P&gt;We're aware that some customers in&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;East&amp;nbsp;Midlands&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;area&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;are experiencing a loss of service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#008000"&gt;Update 4:45pm 23 September&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Our engineers have confirmed that this issue has now been resolved and all services have been restored.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Areas affected by the cable break are as below with the following dialling codes, 01775, 01733, 01406.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Wisbech&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Glinton&lt;/LI&gt;
