    <description>&lt;P&gt;We're aware that customers are experiencing issues watching content on the&lt;STRONG&gt; ITV Hub app &lt;/STRONG&gt;on the TalkTalk TV 4K Box (Netgem). We're working with ITV and Netgem to resolve this issue as soon as possible.&amp;nbsp;ITV live channels continue to work as normal, and all other Freeview apps are unaffected. Until the issue is resolved you can use the &lt;A href="https://www.itv.com/hub/itv" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;ITV website&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;as an alternative on other devices.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
