Some customers may experience service disruptions when viewing live TV channels over the next few days. You may see the error code YVM302 as well as seeing the message weak signal reception.

This issue is caused by atmospheric weather conditions in the UK, we suggest not to retune your TV channels during these poor weather conditions. It’s important to remember that poor weather (such as heavy rain or atmospheric conditions or high air pressure – which brings fine weather) can cause the following:

- Pixellation

- Error codes such as YVM 302

- Receiving signals from outside of your region

If you experience any of these TV service disruptions please note that these should go as the weather improves.
