    <description>&lt;P&gt;On the 23rd February 2023 we'll be updating the security settings of our email service.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;What's the update for?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We’ve identified customers who could potentially be impacted by these changes on 23&lt;I&gt;rd&lt;/I&gt; February. They were notified via email on 21&lt;I&gt;st&lt;/I&gt; February to update their settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;What's changing?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Changes are being made to our Email service to prevent any customer from sending emails from email software or apps which are not setup to support Encryption.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;What happens if I don't change my settings?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will not be able to send emails via the app, you will still be able to read them.
