&lt;P&gt;We're pleased to announce that our engineers have confirmed that all services have been restored, we apologise&amp;nbsp;for any inconvenience that this has caused.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We're aware that some customers in&amp;nbsp;the following areas are currently experiencing issues using their Phone, Broadband and TV service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Affected areas;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Harborne, &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Smallbrook, &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Chelmsley Wood, &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Selly Oak,&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Ashfield exchanges&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Virgin Media have advised that&amp;nbsp;damage has been due to an underground electrical fire.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They're working on replacing the damaged fibre. Our engineers are on standby to re-route any traffic to help minimise a loss of service.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by the issue and assure you that our engineers are working to restore service ASAP.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
