As a result people across the UK and all service providers are unable to call 999.&amp;nbsp;Whilst they are working to restore service ASAP, their advice,&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;should you need the emergency services,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;EM&gt;is to &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;call 101&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
