    <description>&lt;P&gt;We’re aware that some customers on our Full Fibre service are intermittently unable to make a call. Some customers are getting an engaged tone when a call should be connected.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#008000"&gt;Latest update: 5:02pm 19th January 2024&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Our engineers are releasing a fix overnight to resolve this issue. If you're still unable to make a call after this has been resolved on the 20th January, please reboot your router and try again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
