We'll be updating our website on 13th May from 19:00pm to 09:00am. Whilst we're working on this, the following services will be affected:

* Between 19:00pm - 00:01am you'll be able to log into My Account, but you won't be able to make any changes to your service.
*Between 00:01am - 9:00am My Account will be unavailable.
*Between 00:01am - 3:00am the TalkTalk Shop will be unavailable.

*Between 19:00pm - 9:00am the My TalkTalk App and Talk2Go App will be unavailable

What's the update for?
These routine updates allow us to make multiple improvements to your service, and keep everything running as smoothly as possible.

We're really sorry if this causes you any problems, but there's no need to get in contact with us. We'll have everything back up and running soon.
