Openreach declared an MBORC (matters beyond our reasonable control) for several parts of the UK due to the impacts seen from Storm Darragh. As a result of the above, widespread storm damage to the Openreach network has occurred due to the extreme high winds, heavy rainfall and extensive flooding in many areas. This means appointments for both repair and provisioning may be impacted. Our team are working closely with Openreach to keep things on track.
