    <description>&lt;P&gt;We're aware that some customers in the London area are experiencing a total loss of services. This loss in service is due to cable damage caused by engineering works on the Virgin Media fibre network. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Damage to these local fibre connections has impacted the routing&amp;nbsp;of broadband services for a wide range of customers including TalkTalk. Virgin Media engineers are on site right now, working to repair the damage and connect all services.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#339966"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Latest Update (RESOLVED) - 13:20am, 17th May:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We're pleased to advise that Virgin Media have confirmed that work has been completed to repair the earlier broken fibre connections.&lt;/P&gt;
