    <description>&lt;P&gt;We’re aware that some customers&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;were&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;unable to add a number to their CallSafe boost. Customers were experiencing a `Technical Issues` error message when adding a new number.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#339966"&gt;Latest update: 3:09pm 20th February 2018&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#333333"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Our engineers have completed a fix for this issue&amp;nbsp;and have confirmed it's now fully resolved.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#333333"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience&amp;nbsp;caused by this issue&amp;nbsp;during this time.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
