Telephone services are not impacted.&nbsp;Openreach has confirmed that the damaged cable is located approximately 1.5 km off the coast of Orkney.&nbsp;</P> <P>The Cable Vigilance vessel has arrived on site and has started the cable recovery and jointing process.&nbsp;</P> <P>We’ll continue to share updates as more information becomes available.
