    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#339966"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Update 12:20 am 25th April - Our engineers continue to work on this issue and have narrowed it down to Android users.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We're aware some customers are having issues when accessing the My TalkTalk app and are getting the following error message "&lt;EM&gt;An unknown error has occurred please try again later&lt;/EM&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We are looking into this as a priority and apologise for any inconvenience this is causing.&lt;/P&gt;
