    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We're aware that some customers are&amp;nbsp;having issues with their Broadband service in Isleworth. This is effecting customers with 02085 and 02037 numbers.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We're sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing, we'd like to assure you that our engineers are working hard to fix this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H2 id="toc-hId--553653671"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I've got no service what should I do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/H2&gt;
