Openreach is performing an upgrade to their internal infrastructure from 02.00am until 06.00am 25th May.

These routine updates allow improvements to your service and keep everything running as smoothly as possible.

Whilst they're working on this, customers in the following areas will have a total loss of service of your broadband, phone and TV:

Minster Thanet

Ramsgate

Sandwich

Shepherdswell

Westgate
