    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We're aware that some customers connected to the &lt;STRONG&gt;Fraserburgh&amp;nbsp;exchange&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;were&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband and TV service.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;This was affecting area code 01346.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#008000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Latest update: 6:27pm 3rd July 2018&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;This issue has now been resolved and service has been restored to affected customers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
