    <description>&lt;P&gt;We're aware of some customers who cannot use their broadband and on demand tv services in Northern Ireland.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We're really sorry for the inconvenience this is causing but please rest assured that our engineers are working hard to resolve this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H2&gt;&lt;FONT color="#008000"&gt;Update 27 May 9am&amp;nbsp;- Resolved&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/H2&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This issue has now been resolved and customers shouldn't see any further problems with their service. Once again&amp;nbsp;we're sorry for any inconvenience caused.&lt;/P&gt;
