    <description>&lt;P&gt;We're aware of some customers who are not able to receive emails when using a client.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Customers may get a similar message as below;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;The mail server "pop.tiscali.co.uk" is not responding&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;ERROR invalid login or password&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;TalkTalk and Tiscali emails are affected.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Our engineers are looking into this as a priority and we&amp;nbsp;will provide any further updates here.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
