&lt;P&gt;Our engineers are working on this as a priority and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#339966"&gt;Update 11:10 AM - Virgin Media engineers have been working throughout the night and have confirmed that service has been restored, once again we apologise for any inconvenience.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
