    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We're aware that customers in the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Thanet&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;area&amp;nbsp;were experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband and TV service.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This was affecting area code:&lt;STRONG&gt; 01843&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#008000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Latest update: 00:42am 25th September 2018&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Engineers have replaced the faulty equipment at the exchange and service has now been restored to all customers. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
