    <description>&lt;P&gt;We'll be performing an upgrade to&amp;nbsp;our internal infrastructure from&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;00.05am until 06.00am 6th November&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;These routine updates allow us to make improvements to your service, and keep everything running as smoothly as possible.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Whilst we're working on this, customers&amp;nbsp;connected to the &lt;STRONG&gt;Port Talbot exchange&lt;/STRONG&gt; will&amp;nbsp;be unable to us their TalkTalk TV service.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We’d like to apologise for any inconvience caused during this time.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
