    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We're aware that some customers connected to the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Gravesend&amp;nbsp;exchange&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;were experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband and TV service.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This issue also affected fibre customers on the following sub exchanges:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Greenhithe&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Longfield&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Ash Green&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Meopham&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Shorne&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Southfleet&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#008000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Latest update: 4:02pm 6th November 2018&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We can confirm this issue is now fixed and service has been restored for all customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
