    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We're aware that some customers are&amp;nbsp;having issues with their Phone, Broadband and TV services that are connected to the Craddock Exchange. This is effecting customers with 01884 numbers.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We're sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing, we'd like to assure you that our engineers are working hard to fix this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H2 id="toc-hId--553653671"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I've got no service what should I do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/H2&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're experiencing an outage with your service there's no need to contact us as we're already working on the issue however if you urgently need to speak with us you can &lt;A href="https://www.talktalk.co.uk/contactus" target="_self" rel="noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer"&gt;contact us here.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Update 5:15pm 23rd June 2017&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Our engineers have confirmed that all affected areas should now be fully restored and all Phone, Broadband and TV services should be working as normal. Again we apologise for any inconvenience caused during this issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
