&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#339966"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Our engineers&amp;nbsp;have confirmed that most of the&amp;nbsp;affected customers issues have been resolved.&amp;nbsp;If you're still affected then you can try updating your TV Box to the latest software which you can do by following the below steps:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
