    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We're aware that some customers were unable to access their emails earlier on today. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#008000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Latest update: 8:40pm 1st February 2019&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This issue has now been resolved and the email service has been restored. We will continue to monitor the email service following the repair work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We'd like to apologise for the inconvenience caused during this time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
