    <description>&lt;P&gt;We're aware some customers were seeing an error ‘&lt;EM&gt;Unable to provide services at this address&lt;/EM&gt;’ when signing up for TalkTalk online. This error was being observed on addresses where availability has already been confirmed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#008000"&gt;Latest update: 1:47pm 12th April 2019&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This issue has now been resolved and the availability checker has been fully restored. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
