&lt;P&gt;We're aware that some customers connected to Inverness Culloden exchange are currently having difficulties with their phone and broadband service. This is impacting customers with a &lt;STRONG&gt;01463&lt;/STRONG&gt; area code.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We'd like to apologise for the disruption to your service; our engineers have been sent to the exchange to carry out further investigation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We'll&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;keep you up to date with the latest progress on the issue here and our next update is expected at &lt;STRONG&gt;10am&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
