    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We're aware that some customers are&amp;nbsp;having issues with their Phone, Broadband and TV services in &lt;STRONG&gt;Aghalee and Waringstown exchanges&lt;/STRONG&gt;. This is effecting customers in area code 02892.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We're sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing, we'd like to assure you that our engineers are working hard to fix this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H2 id="toc-hId--553653671"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I've got no service what should I do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/H2&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're experiencing an outage with your service there's no need to contact us as we're already working on the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#008000"&gt;Our Latest Update:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;1:08&lt;/SPAN&gt;pm 31 July 2017&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have had confirmation the service was down between 11:07am and 11:17am in these exchanges. This issue has now been resolved and all services should be working as normal.&amp;nbsp;Again we apologise for any inconvenience caused during this issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
