From 1st August 2022, the live Sky channels received through TalkTalk TV will have a new home. But don’t worry, all you have to do is “Swap to Watch” from your existing TV Boosts to a NOW Membership and you can carry on enjoying great TV effortlessly. You’ll still enjoy all your favourite shows and more great value entertainment with a NOW Membership. NOW offers total flexibility. No contract and no waiting around for shows to start. Why is my service changing?
Nowadays, it’s more important than ever to have great entertainment, movies and sport. That’s why we’ve been on a mission to transform TalkTalk TV, giving you easy access to the best content at any time, so you get the TV experience you want.
We’ve already expanded our range of entertainment partners, including NOW Memberships. So, you can easily access lots more content from different providers all in one place. Best of all, you can add them to one easy-to-manage bill.
With a NOW Membership, you will still get all of your favourite channels and shows at an affordable price. NOW Memberships are flexible and don't tie you into a long-term contract.
when will my current service end?
TV Boosts will no longer be available from the 1st August 2022 and will be automatically removed from your account at the end of July. No further payment will be taken for your TV Boosts once the service has come to an end.
To carry on enjoying great TV you can simply “Swap to Watch” from your existing TV Boosts to a NOW Membership.
What will happen to my recordings?
Recording TV programmes is becoming a thing of the past when on demand content can be streamed at the touch of a button. Recordings of any TV Boost programmes will no longer be available from the 1st August 2022. Any recordings from your Freeview channels are unaffected by this change.
What are my options?
There are four NOW Memberships to choose from and you are in complete control over which Memberships you add on to your TV. You can see a comparison of the NOW Memberships against your current Boosts in our Compare TV Boosts with NOW article.
When you're ready to add one of the plans to your account, simply log into My Account. You'll then be free to select any of the new TV packages you'd like to add to your account.
