Stream the latest TV, movies and sport on NOW, with no contract when you become a member.
You can find NOW on your TalkTalk TV box in the Apps menu. If you have an existing account, use those credentials to sign in.
To enter your username and password, simply press OK on your TalkTalk TV Remote to access the on screen keyboard.

You sure can. Check out all the compatible devices on the NOW website. You can add up to 6 devices and watch on 1 device at the same time (3 if you have NOW Boost, or just 1 smartphone if you only have a Sports Mobile Month Membership).
Once you’ve added devices up to your maximum, you can make 3 changes to your devices each calendar month.
NOW is a streaming service which provides on demand content across multiple devices. As you can pick and choose what you watch and when, there is no need to record content.
If you have an iOS or Android device you can download most on demand shows and movies to watch again later. Just look for the download icon on the programme info screen, or next to the episode you want to download. Your device needs a Wi-Fi connection to download shows or movies. You won’t be able to download on a mobile network.
As NOW is streamed to your TalkTalk TV box via your broadband connection, you'll need at least 2.5Mbps to watch your NOW Membership.
Any NOW Membership is available in 720p SD.
Absolutely. However, there are limits to the number of devices that can stream NOW content at the same time. You can find out more by reading the NOW - managing my devices article.
Parental controls give you a way to set viewing restrictions for the movies and TV shows available to watch through NOW. You'll find more information from the NOW website.
The NOW app does not support subtitles on Youview devices. We continuously review our products and services and are working closely with our partners to make improvements to functionality where possible.
Your unique voucher code is included in the email you received offering a discount on a specific NOW Membership.
If you're new to NOW and a TalkTalk TV customer, check out if you're eligible for a voucher code that's redeemable in My Account.
We want to give you as much time as possible to redeem your code, so the voucher is valid for a year upon receipt of the code via email.
The code is on specific NOW Membership only, and relates only to the Membership mentioned in My Account and the email you received.
There are no lengthy contracts involved with NOW. A NOW Membership is completely flexible, and you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.
After the 12 month period of your discount you'll automatically move to paying the standard price for your NOW product. You don’t need to do anything else. Details of the full price product can be found in the T&Cs section of the email you received.
The easiest way to redeem your NOW Offer is to click on the blue button within your email. This will take you through to the NOW site, where you can sign up for NOW. Your discount code will be automatically applied to your order if you click on the Blue Button.
If you get a blank screen when clicking the blue button, downloading the latest version of your browser – Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer – may help. If this doesn't fix the problem, try a different browser altogether. All of the above are available to download for free.
Head to My Account to cancel your existing TalkTalk TV Boost.
Please note: Your content will no longer be available to view on TalkTalk TV once a TalkTalk TV Boost is removed.
If you remove a Sky Sports or Sky Cinema Boosts you'll be unable to add them back onto your account.
Don’t worry you can cancel your TalkTalk TV Boost at any time. Simply head to My Account where you’ll be able to remove the product.
Your NOW Membership is a separate subscription with NOW and will be handled directly with NOW. Unfortunately we aren’t able to show which NOW Membership you have as it stands.
The code we’ve emailed is one use only and should only be used by the recipient of the email.
The offer is limited to one voucher code per TalkTalk customer.
Your NOW service will continue uninterrupted during a home move. You can continue to enjoy it on a range of supported devices until your TalkTalk TV Box is set up at your new home.

If the player is missing, make sure you have the most up to date software version on your TalkTalk TV box. You can check this by updating the software.
You'll see an error message if you're already a NOW customer and try and redeem a voucher on an existing Membership.
Unfortunately NOW is not available to customers with an older recordable box. If you get a message saying 'your box is not supported' or similar, please contact us to talk about upgrading your TalkTalk TV box.
