Change your my account email address

You can change your My Account email address anytime, this will update the details you use to access your bill, and the email address we send your bills to. You can do this by following the below steps:

 

How to change your email address

  1. Visit My Account
  2. Hover over My details in the top menu and select Login details
  3. Select Edit and update your email address

Please note: The email address you select for your online billing will also be used to access your My Account. 

 

How to change your My Account email address

Don't worry if you've forgotten your username or the email address is incorrect, check out Forgotten My Account username for help, alternatively follow the below to change your email address:

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. Hover over My details in the top navigation bar and select Login details from the menu. You'll be presented with a list of active email addresses associated with your account
  3. Using the far right column you can select which email you would like to use for both your email and my account.
  4. Once you select your preferred email address, just click Confirm the notification. You will receive confirmation that the changes have been successful

You'll now be able to log into My Account using your new details.
