Forgotten your My Account details

Reset your My Account password and confirm your My Account username using the forgotten your details link on the My Account login page. Remember, you'll be limited by how many times you can reset your password within a 24 hour period.



You can reset your My Account password using the forgotten password link or by following the below steps: 

  1. Go to My Account and select Forgotten your password?
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Select Continue
  4. Select either text message or email, then Continue
  5. We'll send you a 6 digit code via SMS or email to continue the password reset process
  6. Enter the 6 digit code we have sent you via SMS or select the link in the email
  7. Select Continue
  8. Create your new password then select Continue


Don't worry if you've forgotten which email address to use to log into My Account. Providing you're already registered, we can send an SMS reminder to the mobile number we have saved on your account:

  1. Go to My Account and select Forgotten email address?
  2. Enter your the below information then select Next
    - First name
    - Surname
    - Date of birth
    - Postcode
  3. Enter your mobile number then select Next
  4. Within a few minutes you'll receive an SMS containing your My Account email address
